Outfit of the Day and Show Me Your Life

Happy Friday Everyone
The first week of classes and sing rehearsal went well!
Here is my outfit of the day:

Show Me Your Life:
I will be participating in Show Me Your Life by Kelly's Korner
Today is all about body and exercise!
I am proud to say I have hit maintenacne with Medi Weight Loss!
I have succesfully lost 26 pounds and wouldn't mind a few more!
I eat a calorie controlled low fat, low carb diet.
I walk everyday for at least 20 minutes on the treadmill with an incline.
Every Thursday I take and 1.5 hour Yoga class and I am doing the 30 Day Shred program.
I am starting my half marathon training this weekend!!
We will be going to the beach for spring break again, and I want to lose 10 more pound by then...
I can totally do it, I am already 2 pounds under my goal and can totally lose 8 more by March!

Go West Young Man...

Well my last final is in 30 min (aka 9am central) and then mommy and I are headed on the long journey home... We love listening to Audio Books and today we will be listening to Remember Me? We check them out from Cracker Barrel and return them as we pull in for home! It is super easy!
In other news had a weigh in yesterday and lost 1.7 pounds last week for a total of 22 pounds lost! YAY! So excited to start yoga tomorrow back home!

Medi Weight Loss Monday!

I am starting to do Medi Mondays here on Preppy Beach Chic

Week 2:
This week I lost 3 pounds!
Bringing me to 11.5 pounds lost!

For those of you wondering what Medi Weight Loss Clinic is the best way to describe it is a doctor directed low carb calorie controlled diet that combines a series of vitamins and B6/B12 injections to provide rapid fat loss. There are three stages the acute stage where you lose the weight. A short term maintence where you start to increase calories and decrease medicine. And finally the wellness stage where you are at your desired weight and have the proper caloric intake to support the weight. This program includes excersising three to five days a week, and ketosis monitoring.

For all Low Carb Dieters try Oopsie Rolls!
3 eggs seperated
A pinch of cream of tartar
3 oz FF Cream Cheese Not softened

Whip 3 egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff!
In a seperate bowl combine cream cheese with egg yolks. I use a blender.
To the egg yolks you can add sesoning like splenda and cinnamon, oregano, or italian spice for what you want to use them for.
GENTLY fold egg whites into the yolk and cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 325 for 25 Min on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet!

They each have 41 cal, 1 carb, 2 fat, and 5 protein!
