Ok, ok I know, Gossip Girl overload lately but I can't help it! The show, the love story, the fashion... yumm! Well I wanted to tell you all about a little site I found called Gossip Girl Fashion. They take the guess work out of the clothes you see on the show by providing you these lovely outfit pics. They tell you the exact outfit worn on the show, like this Alice and Olivia Striped Sequin Sweater I am obsessed with, as well as a few item that are less expensive but still accomplish the look! But seriously how cute is that sweater, so very New York. They feature all characters and any outfit that is amazing. There are also hair and makeup tutorials as well. Check it out!

Then we have Melissa and Joey on ABC Family. This is so hilarious and a really relatable show. Check it out on Tuesdays.

My Love of Nightgowns

I love nightgowns.

They are pretty soft, sexy, and a touch classier than your average college girls boxers and t-shirt.
W and I are all about nightgowns and robes. Of course I have my pink Lilly terry cloth robe, hers is a black dressing gown.
True to form my style inspiration, Blair Waldorf, would never be caught dead sleeping in something other than a nightgown....This is what she wore Christmas morning... so cute!

How to Dress Like Blair Waldorf says:

and my girl... Blair Waldorf

Blair has the most amazing fashion and I try to replicate her classic style as much as possible.

Blair’s style is very classic, preppy, and polished. She always looks as if she stepped out of a department store window; her outfit is flawless, and she never has a hair out of place. Blair’s fashion sense is definitely the quintessential upper-east-side stereotype, and she’s not ashamed of it!
My other favorite thing is her love of dressing gowns, and negligees

Man, junior year is a toughy. I am only in my fourth week and already have done more homework than I did all last semester (my grades are higher this semester so far though)

Currently I am taking a study break from my Spanish test I have in an hour... it shouldn't be bad but then all test scare me.
So we are now on Day 4 of the endless rain... But things are cooling off here in central Texas!

GOSSIP GIRL IS BACK ON TONIGHT!
The TIVO has been set and my girls and I are ready for our alter egos to come back on TV.

Summer Living

Summer (n)- to live with no worries...

Well these last few days have been filled with fun and blessings.
Yesterday we went golfing with our guy friends and sadly M left for camp... I love my M and will miss her but she is home in July!!! Golfing was so much fun and we are going to go more.

Also, I finally got a job which is amazing! I am so blessed that for two months I will be a Camp Counselor for the Arc, a service for children with mental disabilities. I am glad my summer job will actually make an impact in someones life. Today was a lazy day with cleaning and then errands, ending with chinese food and a movie. Summer is the time to relax and I am! I love my life and I am heading back out west in 3 days to visit home! I will be sure to take lots of pics!

Well M and I think we live in Gossip Girl land... well we kind of do.

Going to a private college is kind of like what really happens in Gossip Girl.
M and I both went to private school most of our lives so we have the prep school thing down.
