Tone Tuesday (a little late)

Hey everyone I am starting Tone Tuesday again, since I have really started to work out again. This week I lost 3.4 pounds on Jenny Craig and did HIIT as well. What is HIIT?
High
Intensity
Interval
Training
We would walk a football field length, then jog, then sprint and repeat for 30 min then walked down and back as a cool down... this is super intense but in 30 min we burned 300+ calories!
