Introducing... Friday Weekend Movies

In an effort to be a better film student and actually use my movie knowledge I am going to try to give you this weekends movies coming out in theaters and a brief thought on each. Finally I will give you my Weekend Pick movie to see!... Let me know if you like this idea!

Coming Out Today:

• Zombie Land- Critics Say: Wickedly funny and featuring plenty of gore. If you don't mind gore this movie is sure to please!
  
• Whip It- Drew Barrymore and Juno's Ellen Page make an eclectic comedy about a female roller derby team. Critics say: Brims with charm, energy, and good-natured humor.
• The Invention of Lying- Jennifer Garner stars in this comedy... Critics say: Ambitious and undeniably funny but uneven.
• Toy Story (1 and 2) in 3D- The famous Disney movie we all love now in 3D. Interesting fact this was the first all computer animated feature film!
• Capitalism: A Love Story- We all know about Michael Moore and have an opinion on him, but with that said, this is supposed to be his best documentary yet...
  

Not the best movie weekend sadly however....
My Movie to See This Weekend is...
A tie between Whip It and Zombie Land! Check out whip it for a funny coming of age story with sarcastic humor. And who doesn't love Ellen Page after Juno? Check out Zombieland if gore doesn't bother you! Zombieland is supposedly a great film I am going to go see is at 1:25 and will give you my final thought. So expect another post today on ZombieLand!
