So I have decided not to go back to WW meetings but to apply the points system on my own and track my food using Spark People and my old slider I have. Jenny Craig didnt work for me duh- I have a social life that involves eating out or at friends. WW worked once and it will work again. I am exercising now 3-4 times a week and it is working but I need to bump it up. Basically I turn 21 in 7 months so I am losing 20 pounds by then. No question! To stay accountable at the end of my daily post in small font I am going to put this:
1. Daily Points: how many did I use out of 24
2. Did I exercise: yes or no
3. Water: how many glasses I drank
Please encourage me as needed!
